Your region is not using Add my Player, instead they have short term memberships in SportsEngine and will load new records into OCS. on a regular basis.

The offers will NOT be sent directly from the club, they will come from the OCS application email address.
Therefore it's important that before using the Opt-in form, add offers@hoavb.vstarvolleyball.com to your safe sender list.

Then use the 'E-Mail Opt-in' function to verify that emails being sent from our application does reach your inbox
and don't end up in you spam filter.

The Email address you enter for Opt-in is not saved and given to the club director.
Goto to tryouts, talk to the clubs you are interested in. The club will ask for your email address
so they can entered when the offer is sent. If you don't see an offer email, talk to the club.
They can check the status, did they enter the email correctly, is there a bounce record in the log.
